Nicki & Chuck Pousson

I am originally from Michigan and have worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years. I am a Realtor®, I obtained my Broker License in Arizona when I relocated from Michigan in 1991 as a single Mom. In 1993 I met and married my husband Chuck. In 1994 we partnered in the real estate industry, working as a team selling residential real estate.

We built a builder business of over 7 builders doing all their listings and marketing in the valley for 10 years and closed over 1/2 Billion in sales during this time.

We specialize in the East Valley of Phoenix, including, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, and Tempe.

We work with both buyers and sellers and our primary business has been built on referrals.

What we do best is build relationships with our clients and we listen to their wants and needs.
